TO THE SOLID WASTE DEPARTMENT

This department is permitted by the Kansas Department of Health and Environment (Permit # 0428) for Composting; Tire Monofill; Construction/Demolition &  Industrial Waste Collection; and as a Transfer Station (solid waste is collected and transferred to the Plumb Thicket Landfill ) .  This department also collects recyclable materials.

8:00 A.M. – 12:00 P.M. (Recycling/3^rd Saturday of Month)

 (Located approximately ¼ mile north and ½ mile east of Chaparral High School)
