The Assessor's office appraises a tax value for properties, but I've not been able to find a public record for published comparable property values in the public record. In order for an individual to assess the value of their real property, or for a person to determine a fair market value for a property they intend to purchase or sell, a public record of sale prices for real property should be recorded and made available. This could be accomplished via an addition to the Property Report listed in the County GIS.
