Job Opening: Full Time Payroll/HR Clerk

The Harper County Clerk is currently accepting applications for a Full Time HR/Payroll Clerk.

This position will be responsible for a variety of duties including maintaining and updating personnel records, new hire processing and onboarding, data entry for bi-weekly payroll, employee benefit processing, and election administration.

This position requires exceptional customer service skills and great attention to detail.  Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Office Suite preferred.  

Candidates must be at least 18 years of age, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid non-restricted driver’s license.  A criminal background check is required.

The established hourly hiring rate for this position is $15.17 - $17.07, however, the actual rate of pay will be negotiated based on experience.
