Harper County Childcare

The Harper County Board of County Commissioners is invested in bringing high-quality childcare to the local community. We see the challenges that not having access to this care creates, and in response have taken steps to help with that burden.

Anthony Courthouse 
Child Care Center

In 2022, the BoCC saw a need for quality childcare in Anthony, Kansas after closurers of other centers in the community. Using property already owned by the County they applied with the state to open a center next to the historic Courthouse.
