Ami Delacerda

My name is Ami (Aleshire) DeLacerda.  I was born and raised in Harper County, and am a 1994 graduate of Chaparral High School.  In 2016, after 20 years away, I moved back to Anthony to be close to my family.  I began working for the county as the Director of Human Resources in October of 2016, bringing over 25 years of experience from similar roles in industries including finance, hospitality, and healthcare. 

My primary role at the county is to serve as a resource, providing support to current and potential employees and our Board of Commissioners.  This includes recruiting and retaining employees, administering payroll and benefits, and implementing county policies and procedures. 

I love being back, serving the community where I grew up, and am passionate about this place and the opportunity I’ve been given to help Harper County remain a wonderful community to work and live in!
