Job Opening: Full Time Light Equipment Operator (Mower)

Harper County Public Works (formerly the Road and Bridge Department) is hiring for a Full Time Light Equipment Operator.  This position will be responsible for maintaining roadside vegetation, clearing right-of-way visibility, and performing general road maintenance.    

The established hourly rate for this position is $14.17 – $21.44 with a $1.00 per hour increase for CDL holders.  Actual rate is based on experience and skill level.   

A valid, unrestricted Driver’s License and experience operating heavy riding mowers, farm tractors, or public works machinery is required.
