Job Opening: Full Time Shop Foreman
Harper County Public Works (formerly the Road and Bridge Department) is hiring a full time Shop Foreman. This position is tasked with critical responsibilities such as supervising staff, coordinating workflow, managing equipment maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The position involves varied labor int
ensive and operating duties.
Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and at least five years of experience as a mechanic, some with heavy equipment and at least two years in a supervisory position. A valid, unrestricted driver’s license is required; CDL preferred.
Pay will be negotiated based on experience and skill level.
